Hi ecemultisim,

 

You need to install either the Education or Student versions of Multisim and the NI ELVIS Software in order to be able to create NI ELVIS II schematics.

 

I'm assuming that you already have Multisim. You can get the NI ELVIS Software on Drivers and Updates (search for "NI ELVIS") or download the latest 3.0.5 release (as of Feb 16, 2011).
