audio transformer modelling

Hi, I would like to model a simple 10:1 audio transformer in Multisim, the LT700. The datasheet gives the following properties:

Inductance primary 2.25mH

Inductance secondary 550mH

DC Resistance primary 0.38 ohm

DC Resistance secondary 63.0 ohm

Primary turns 45

Secondary turns 420

But Multisim wants to know Le, Lm, E1, E2, V1, V2, or input / output voltages. I can't find any explanation of these parameters in the manuals (the manuals just give fairly useless definitions of transformers). I haven't done any spice modelling before, so how do I produce this transformer?

Thanks

Hello Graham,

I believe that these elements are as follows:

Le - primary inductance

Lm - secondary inductance

Rp - primary resistance

Rs - secondary resistance

As for the rest, I think this forum may help you:

Let us know how you get on.
