Something really weaird happened with Multisim 11. Please help!

Hi all,

my Multisim all of the sudden crashed and ever since then it has lost most of the menu items. I can't even place the component! I have reinstalled the application but the same behaviour continues. Can someone please tell me what is going with this? I am attaching the screenshot of the toolbar.

It seems that your user configuration file could be corrupted. Take a look of the following KnowledgeBase:

Hi, thank you for your reply. I had to delete the configuration files and restart Multisim.
