Hello,

 

Is there a way to re-number all the components on a multisim schematic to restore chronological order? Because of all the deleting and changing of components, the number order has messed up and this transfers over to ultiboard. I want to keep the package-specific sections (ie the 'B' part of U4B) but the numbers to be sorted out. Can multisim do this automatically?

Hi Danny,

 

Multisim can do bulk renaming of components, but there is no concept of a chronological order. Have a look at Tools > Rename/Renumber Components to see if that helps you.
