Problem with virtual rated transistors(npn).Files

Hi

 i'm experiencing a problem with NPN virtual rated transistors. The same parameters working in v10.1 burns with v11.

 i'm using windows xp sp2;ddr=1G;cpu=3G.

 can someone help me to fix this?

Hi Kamdain,

Thank you for the files.  The current through the collector pin on the NPN Rated Virtual is reading KA and this is causing this component to blow.  But if you look at the current through the base and emitter pins, these are reading virtual zero amp so there appears to be something wrong with this component.  I've look at the model and it's the same as the V10 model so there is something behind the in the simulator that is causing this problem.  I will create a report for this issue and have the developer look at this issue.
