Can yo please add your simulation parameters in an screentshot so the issue can be replicated, also, Which is the error message that you are receiving?
Here is a screenshot of the parameters, as well as a screenshot of the error. Many times I changed the settings, but it does not help. You can try your options.
Now I understand what is the issue, however I was not able to solve it, Where was the desiegn of the circuit? Have you take a look of this? https://beta.multisim.com/help/simulation/singular-matrix-errors/. This is more related with an electrical issue, than with multisim
