Multisim program crashing

I have just upgraded my operating system from Window 7 to 10. I now faced problem with the Multisim (version 14).

Program will crash when ever I try to access the existing database. Program will however  run if I test with the provided samples rhat came with the software.

Any suggestion on what I can do to solve this issue?

I had also tried Multism (version13) and have no problem accessing the master database.

The exact same thing happens to everyone in my class. One guy has a surface pro 4 and it gave him an option to merge some files after a crash and he has not had a problem since. if you figure out how to fix this problem please let me know.
