Multisim multi-page text document

I am using Multisim 14.0 and am working on a schematic that someone else has made.  One of the pages is a text document.  How was this created?  I want to add a similar page to one of my schematics, but can't figure out how.  Thanks so much for your help

Hi Michael, 

You can place a description box (tex document) by selecting "Description Box Editor" from the Tools menu:
