There have been some problems reported over the last few months about issues arising from compatibility between Multisim Touch and different versions of iOS on certain iPads. Users are experiencing crashes in some cases while using the app.
These issues stem out of compatibilty between the last couple updates for Multisim Touch (specifically versions 1.1.1, 1.1.2) with older versions of iOS. The current best workaround is to make sure you have update the version of iOS on your device to the latest.
If updating your version of iOS is not an option for you, the solution is to completely un-install Multisim Touch from the iPad and re-download it from the app store. This will give you an older version of the app that is supported by your iOS version. Please see our KnowledgeBase article for step-by-step instructions.
