I am trying to make a octal down counter for a class project but I need to use an IC17446 but I'm unable to find one in Multisim, what can I do add one to multisim?

Unfortunately I don't have a data sheet I only have the schematic diagram and the IC.

What exactly is the functionality you need to do with that component? Is that something like BCD to 7-Segments?
