I have an educational license agreement and installed Multisim on a Teacher workstation and laptop computer in addition to the Student workstations. On both the laptop and the teacher workstation, I occasionaly get a notice from NI update services that an update is available. If I agree to the update, the download appears to complete, followed by a message that the installation failed and to contact ni.com/suppport. The update notice never occurs on the student stations. The Student station installations were done by our IT department before Deeppfreeze was enabled. Am I entitled to updates with an educational license? If so, I need help debugging the install problem. If not, I need help removing the update service.
