ELVISmx won't download

I have Multisim 11.0 student version.

First problem, when I download it says I do not have the specified Volume of ELVISmx. So I don't think it's loading properly.

After activation, when I try to open it I get the error message APPCRASH for multisys.exe.

I need this system for class tonight and can't get any answers from anyone who creates or sells this product, they just send me to the forum. Can anyone help?

Hello,

Are you using the NI ELVIS workstation?  If you do not have the ELVIS workstation then you don't need to install the ELVISmx driver.

What's your operating system? Please include more details about the error(s).
