Compatibility circuit design suite XP x64

Hi all,

I've just received the circuit design suite (educational edition version 10.1.1) and am trying to install on an XP x64 system. After entering the serial number I'm prompted for the directory of NIelvismx 4.x. If I continue without adding a directory the installer finishes straight away. It says the suite has been installed when in fact it hasn't. Can this version be installed on an xp x64 system or is there some other problem?

MULTISIM is not compatible with XP 64

Multisim 10.1.1 is supported on Windows 2000 (32-bit), XP (32-bit) and Vista (32 and 64 bit).

Multisim 11.x:  XP (32 bit), Vista x86 (32 and 64 bit) and Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit).

Well, looks like I'm eventually going to say goodbye to XP. Thanks for the quick response!
