Hello.
I am a student and I work for a company that extensively uses Multisim 11. I have to develop a circuit by the end of July.
The MOSFET library of Multisim doesn't contain the NTE Semiconductors. Can I load all common types of MOSFETs as a database to Multisim?
How are commands that are used to program a new component into SPICE interpreted?
What variable gives me a gate threshold voltage of the MOSFET (Vgs) and what command gives me the ON voltage?
Since my circuit is a PWM circuit the MOSFET is eithar ON or OFF, therefore I use maximum Vgs to make sure the circuit is fully on.
Datasheets on components give me a lot of parameters, but I am not sure how those are entered.
I found step-by-steps on how to enter new parts, but not what means what in the code.
Thank you.
Norman Rowling.

I went under "virtual transistor" in multisim and found a virtual model of the MOSFET I can plug variables into.
WHat does this stand for:
+ (
+ LEVEL= 1
+ VTO= 0.0
+ KP= 2.0e-5
+ GAMMA= 0.0
+ PHI= 0.6
+ LAMBDA= 0.0
+ RS= 0.0
+ RD= 0.0
+ CBD= 0.0
+ CBS= 0.0
What IRL520 cherachteristics can be plugged where?

Where can I fing coefficients for most of the components when I want to add them into the database?
