Hi , I am using c35018 transistor to control current flow over the solinoid with labview interface and DAQ , but i am facing issues that when current increase above 2 amp te transister burns , is there any replacement for c35018 transistor with high rating , i have attached the circute diagram along with the post , anybody please help to solve my issues regarding transistor

How is your design related to any NI hardware or software?

I am labview and NI multifunction DAQ to control the array of electro magnets at high frequency.

And your problem with the transistor is not relevant to either LabVIEW or the DAQ card. Check hardware design forums for help with your problem and finding alternative components.
