relationship between timebase and scan rate

when I define 1000 scan/s on 4 channels on my PCI-MIO-16XE-50 DAQ board,what is the scan rate in Hz? what is the relationship of my scan rate and timebase?

If you define 1000 scans/s, the scan rate will be 1000 Hz. With regards to the timebase, it is divided-down to produce the scan clock. Thus, if you are using the 20 MHz internal timebase, it must be divided-down by 20000 in order to produce a 1000 Hz scan clock.
