This is in respond to an old post about the DAQCard 6062E, but I have the same issue.

This is a very expensive product that cannot be used on newer laptops.

Knowing about a reliable PCMCIA to USB adapter from NI would not only help many of us who like using this card, but would make NI look less like money hungry morons.

The pcmcia has been obsolete for several years - as has the pci. You've had quite a few years to use it but unless you can find a used laptop, it's time to up upgrade. You don't even have a driver for this card on s 64-bit os.
