paqpad 6016

Hi !

I have DAQPad 6016 unit but I am not unble to use, when I go on MAX it says that the device needs drivers. I have also installed DAQmx latest version, but it seems to me the device is not recognisable. It is my first time when I use such device, so not sure if I am doing right way...

Are you running Windows 10, 8, or 7?

What version of LabVIEW are you trying to use this with?

Is this the USB DAQPad?

If you look at the readme file for whichever version of DAQmx you have installed, you can search for your piece of hardware to check if the device is supported by that version of DAQmx.

These are specs:

Windows 10 64bit

LabVIEW 15.0f2 32 bit

NI-DAQmx 16.0.1

Hardware:

USB DAQPad-6016

I found out that it is not supported any more on windows 64 bits.
