What is causing this "unexpected'" timing is the function Simulate Signal2 (DC signal), you are using a frequency of 100 Hz and a number of samples equal to 100, which forces iteration period of 1s. Try to change it to the same of the other Simulate signal function.

It is very important to understand the relationship between both parameters in every aquisition or generation function in LabVIEW and which loop timing it will cause. If you ask the function to generate 100 samples per second and ask it to return 100 samples per iteration, the iteration will take 1s to execute.
