I want to use the scopes examples provided with LabVIEW 7.0 but I received this error.

You are receiving this error because you're trying to use a Multifunction DAQ board with NI-Scope examples. Scopes are modular instruments and therefore they have a separate driver. If you want to perform acquisitions or generations with your 6024 use the examples listed under Hardware Input and Output -> DAQmx or Traditional DAQ.

What are the names of the examples you are attempting to use with the DAQCard-6024E? Error -10401 usually indicates that you are specifying an invalid device number. Additionally, is your DAQCard functioning correctly in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX)?
