dc coupling with NI 9234

It should be better you red this article before starting using accelerometers:

It will be very helpful for you!

Hello MarcoMar,

I'm having the same problem as mentiond here earlier.

I'm using the NI9234 with PCB  113B22 with signal express.

I always get signals that drift down with time to strong negative values (physically impossible)

What do you think is the problem?

some people tell me to swith to DC coupling mode but the program won't let me.

I don't understand why switching to DC mode eliminates the excitation? from this post http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/0F81C33977056A7D862566F1005CAA71     I understand that AC coupling is just placing a a capacitor in the AI to filter out the DC offset. Is this capacitor decaying my signal?

Thanks,

Liorg
