I am currently working PCI 6221 in matlab,  I installed PCI 6221 hardware but the analog input and output block in matlab is not detecting the device. Is it require to install any drivers for it separately? if yes please send me the link for drivers to be install

Did you install labview daq drivers?

thank you for reply ,got the solution I unlocked the real time target in matlab now hardware is interfaced
