I am not sure what card your are referring to, however, you will likely want to contact the manufacturer about the driver if you feel performance is not as you expect. In general, LabVIEW is a programming language and the dll functions you are using likely have much more to do with performance than the language in which you program. Also, this question came in as a GPIB question; if you have GPIB questions definitely repost!
