Why wont my voltage measurement work?

I'm measuring temperature and voltage, however my voltage wont change. On labVIEW it stays flatlined. I'm running a SCXI 1000 chassis with a PCI-6024E card and 1302, 1303, and 1180 paththru. Do i need to wire one of the thermocouples to the 1303 or to 1302 terminal blocks?

Hello Mark,

Does your signal flatline in the test panels of the Measurement and Automation Explorer? Be sure to set the input range as small as you can.

How do you have your SCXI-1180 set up? Is it used as an extender for an SCXI module rear signal connector, as a plug-in board cable extender, or as a daisy-chain cable extender? These options are all described in Chapter 2 in the SCXI-1180/1181 User Manual.

Does it work in other SCXI slots?

Are any of the pins bent in the connectors of the chassis, cable, module?
