Which one is good for measuring Load cell between NI9237 and NI9219?

Solved!

Hello,

My name is Jeonghwan Lee and I'm new one setting up Load cell measurement system.

In my lab, we have to set up Load cell measurement system using multiple load cell and NI devices.

And in the future, we want to measure Torque sensor or pressure sensor.

I just consider among two models( NI9237 and NI9219 ).

These two models can measure sonsor signal such as load cell, but I'm not sure which one is better for me.

We want a module which is easy to set up and has more accuracy.

Load cell what we use is LCMFD series from Omega.

I know my question is ridiculous. However, I'm not a professional man in this field, so I need your help.

I attached load cell spec.

Thanks

If you don't need the dynamic range (100Hz samplerate to 50kHz samplerate) I would tend to the 9219, however one point is the exitation voltage:

Some bridge sensors (piezoresistive) should (need to ) be supplied with defined voltage levels (usually 5V or 10V)  and the 9219 has other supply voltages!  Check that with your sensor supplier!!

That would be a point for the 9237.

Ask your local NI rep. if you can test both.

Migth be that one card is better in the noise figure in your application. (If you compare: Higher samplerate usually means more noise, but a mean filter allow you to compare)

The pure noise spec doesn't tell the whole story.

Accuracy of both cards is better than the spec of your sensor.
