Which is the External timebase pin on NI 4472 PXI J2 connector ?

Hello,

I'm going to use the PXI NI4472 in a custom pxi backplane where the J2 bus is not routed.
I have to use an external timebase for this board,and so,i would like to known which is the number of this pin on NI4472 J2 connector.(i can't find in the NI4472 user manual)

For the 4472, the timebase is sent out from the master device in slot 2 over the Star Trigger lines to the slave devices. You can find the pin outs for these lines on the J2 connector by looking at the PXI Specification. I would recommend looking at section 4.1.2.6 for more information on the Star Trigger lines and tables 4-9 and 4-11 for the pin outs on the J2 connector where the Star Trigger lines can be located. Note, that the pin outs for the Star Trigger will change depending on whether your device is in slot 2 of the chassis or not.
