What the Voltage Output High for the USB-63x3

I'm Evaluating this devices and I need to know whats the Voltage Output High for the Digital IO lines.

Is it this voltage controllable?

Does it support Open Collector?

I'm asking this to see if I will need to have level transalators in order to interface different operational voltages.

According to the USB-6343 X Series specifications, the DIO use TTL logic.  This means a 5V level.  The DIO will drive 24mA each.

The levels are not controllable.

They are not open collector.
