Thank you very much I tested it with two vi's running simultaneously and it worked really well. I even was able to go down to sampling rate of 500S/s. I will then just get rid of the DAQ assistant and replace it with the tradit. AI subs. I thought it might not work since the card I have is a low cost and has multiplexer to switch different inputs but no problem appeared.
