I'm getting this same error message with the USB-TC01. I'm using LabVIEW 2010 with DAQmx 9.9 and I just followed the instruction to update the TC01 firmware to version 1.2. Do I need to downgrade the firmware or upgrade LabVIEW?

Regards,

Gary

Update DAQmx to the latest and get the tc01 update tool!

LabVIEW 2010 doesn't support the latest DAQmx version, unless I'm mistaken.

You are correct LabVIEW 2010 only supports up to DAQmx 9.9 (http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/B0D5630C0A50D5C6862578E800459248).  Do you have a newer version of LabVIEW to try?

I do not, but I could see about getting a newer version. Is this the only solution?

It would be worthwhile to troubleshoot it on a newer version, but before you do that I would try doing a reinstall of your drivers and the firmware.

If the hardware revision of the USB-TC01 is D (PN: 195564D-01L) or later, it is supported by DAQmx versions 14.5 or later, only.  If the device is a revision C or earlier, you should be able to downgrade the firmware for compatibility with earlier versions of the driver.

I am getting the same error.  I just purchased a USB-TC01 and the firmware updater is showing that the current firmware on the device is the same as what the software wants to put on which is 1.1.0f1  I am running Labview 14.0f1 with Max 14.0.0f0.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
