Hello,
I am having trouble with my USB6009. It has worked previously but not since this morning.
When I connect the device, the USB6009 does show up in NI MAX, but not as a usable device:
I cannot find anything like this in the forum or on the internet.
I have tried the following:
- Restart computer
- Restart NI MAX
- Delete device from device manager
- Reset configuration data in NI MAX
- Use different USB port (2x USB3, 3x USB2)
- Re-install USB drivers
I am using Win7 64x and LabView 2013. All is up to date, according to the NI update service.

Somehow manually updating DAQmx from version 9.7.5 to 9.8 solved my problem.

I've seen this type of thing happen on devices that have internal firmware that needs updating. Has this device been plugged into other systems that may have updated the firmware before?
Glad you got it working, updating DAQmx is usually a good place to start.

I am quite sure that it has not been used on other devices than this laptop. The only thing that changed is probably some Windows updates etc.
