USB-6008 DAQ not detected in LabVIEW

Solved!

Hello Fatsat,

My apologies for the misunderstanding.

I thought the 8.5 you mentioned only refered to the DAQmx version.
The reason I thought this was because LabVIEW 8.5 predates the release of Windows 7, hence it does not officially support Windows 7.

Please uninstall the DAQmx 9.8 driver and install version 9.3:

http://www.ni.com/download/ni-daqmx-9.3/2337/en/

This is the latest NI-DAQmx version that supports 8.5 and also support Windows 7.

PS: Sorry I didn't see this more clearly. I have been partially sick the last days and this probably has affected my focus.

Hi Fatsat,

The latest version of DAQmx that suppiorts LabVIEW 8.5 is NI-DAQmx 9.3. You can download the installer here:

http://www.ni.com/download/ni-daqmx-9.3/2337/en/

You should uninstall version 9.8 and after that install 9.3. The installer will detect that you have LV 8.5 installed and install the support for it.

Let me know if there are any issues after that.
