Good afternoon!

I have NI 6289 (USB M seria) and NI SCB-68.

Can I use SH68-68-EP instead of SH68-68-EPM for NI 6289 (through Slot 0) to connect to SCB-68?
What disadvantages does this cable have in comparison with SH68-68-EPM?

Hi Dmitry,

 

I was able to find this article that describes the cabling option for the M series cards. You can use the EP cable instead of the EPM, but the EPM has better protection against noise on the digital lines for the M series.
