PXIe 6363 analog input Query

Hi,

I have to acquire Differential(8) and NRSE(16)  analog inputs using one PXIE 6363. I am confused which type of configuration in labview program is required to achive this using NI daqmx VIs. I have attached two ways of configuration of blockdiagrams which might match to my requirement. Kindly help me which one is correct configuration

The bottom one in type2 appears correct.
