PCI 6229 : device number unknown

I am using PCI-6229, and after the installing of DAQ and DAQmx 7.3 Drivers i can't find the hardware in MAX by Tratitional DAQ Devices but only on DAQmx Devices : The card is well recognize as "Dev1" and pass the self test,... ;

The Pb is : I don't how to get the device number of this card and so use all the function as AI Samople Channel.vi ; i don't know how to initialize the Chanel in LabView (7.3) .

Hello,

M series devices are only supported by DAQmx. So it is normal that you cant find your device unde "traditionnal NI-DAQ" in MAX.

When you use functions from DAQmx palette, physical channel is setting as Dev1/ai0 (if you want to use channel 0 of analog input). Otherwise, you can create control by right-clicking then create >> control on the entry "physical chanel".

You can look at example in help >> find examples >> hardware input and output >> DAQmx.
