Can you tell me if the connection is the same on the PCI-6221 as the PCI-1200? I am looking to replace so we can go to a version of windows that is supported.

Hello sberes,
the PCI-1200 has a 50 pin connector the PCI-6221 a 68 pin connector also the driver change form NI-DAQ to DAQmx. A direct replacement is not possible.
Transition from Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) to NI-DAQmx in LabVIEW
You can try the Adapter für NI PCI-1200, but with this adapter also a E-Series instead of a M-Series must be used, but the connector terminal can be reused.
A actual card is the PCIe-6321.

Thanks for your reply! So the adapter will work with the PCIe-6321?

Hello sberes,
Sorry for this, but you have to buy a cable and a connector block for the PCIe-6321.The 6025E has and scsi and the 6321 a vhdci connector.

And the connector block will go from PCI-1200 to PCIe-6321?

Hello sberes,
i think you also need a new connector block, because your terminal block has 50 pins instead of 68.

So my best option would be to see if I can still get a 6025E and use the adapter?

Alright, so I have the 6025 and the adapter. Just wondering if it will work with the CB-50LP that is connected. It does not show up in the list of accessories however. Do I connect it up and hope for the best?

No need to set it up as an accessory, just connect it up.
