NI-DAQassistant not detecting the system configuration

Hello,

I have a laptop using DAQcard-6036E and BNC-2110

yesterday, I just installed labview 8.6.1 but there are some previous versions of labview software,

and then I was simply trying to get the input voltage using DAQassistant and

on the last windown where it's saying "Reading system configuration.. please wait"

message just stayed forever,   one of my friend said try to remove all of labview stuff and

re-install the newest version only, so I did that,

but I get the same problem,

Could you help me on this?

Thank you

Hi Johnny,

Driver software installed before upgrading LabVIEW doesn't get transferred to the most recent install of LabVIEW. I recommend reinstalling the drivers after you have upgraded

Luksudman,

It looks like no one has responded to this forum post in a long time. We have many frequent users who respond to posts with higher visibility, so I recommend you create a new forum post as that will be much more likely to get a response. Please provide as much information as you can about your current system configuraiton, including cards you are using and versions of your operating system and all software.

Best,

Daniel
