NI CF_6004 for Acoustic emission

Is NI_CF 6004 useable for this.

But if i need input sample rate about 1Ms/S, is any NI DAQ module for this?

I used NI 9223 to acquire piezo sensor signals. It has simultaneous acquisition and low noise corridor . It worked well.
