What version of the DAQmx drivers do you have installed? If you haven't already, you might try upgrading to the most recent DAQmx drivers that are compatible with your system; at the very least, try repairing or force reinstalling your DAQmx. Can you confirm that the NI 9263 does not show in the Windows Device Manager?
