NI 6221 comes with Labview 6.1 drivers?

Do new DAQ cards, such as NI 6221, come with Labview 6.1 drivers?

I want to use labview 6.1 because my lab has well developed Labview programs running in version 6.1.

No.

M-series boards require NI-DAQmx.

You could use the DAQmx ANCI C API with the Call Library Node to use NI-DAQmx in LabVIEW 6.x

The ANCI C functions are exported from the nicaiu.dll in "C:\Windows\system32".
