NI-4350 windows 7

I can not seem to get Windows 7(32 bit) to see my NI-4350 as a 4350...

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Well, in order to help, we probably need to know what you tried so far. For example, are the drivers installed?

Wow how old is this device?  All I could find are user manuals, and getting started documents from before 2000.  I also found a random site documenting NI hardware that hasn't been updated since 2001.

So you are trying to use hardware from at least 14 years ago on a modern Windows system.  You will see problems with the drivers for the hardware which most definitely are traditional DAQ not DAQmx.  Of course back then it was just called DAQ.  Traditional DAQ stopped being updated in 2005, so I'm guessing it only supports up to version 8.2 or so of LabVIEW.  And based on this chart the latest version of LabVIEW that is supported in Windows 7 is 2009.  So while you may get lucky and get the drivers installed so it is recognized by Windows by installing the newest Traditional DAQ drivers, you will not be able to use the hardware in any version of LabVIEW that NI supports in Windows 7.  Plenty of people have been able to install old versions of LabVIEW in Windows 7 and have it work, but if it doesn't work, don't expect NI to help you to figure out why.

Here's the User Manual for your device (Dated 1998): http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/321566c.pdf

Here's a KB about NI-DAQ and Windows 7: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/8EC9E81C3DE4E619862573930083BD7A

Here's the Readme for NI-DAQ 7.5: http://ftp.ni.com/support/softlib/multifunction_daq/traditionalnidaq/7.4/readme.html

Here's the download: http://www.ni.com/download/traditional-ni-daq-legacy-7.5/4498/en/

Here's something from the readme:

NI-DAQmx does not support the following devices. The following devices are supported only in Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy):

NI 4350/4351 data loggers

So you'll need to make sure your Windows (not LabVIEW) is a 32-bit installation, install the NI-DAQ 7.5 drivers, and see what happens after that.  Have you done this already?
