Is the M-series Multifunction DAQ card family completely backwards compatible with NI-DAQ version 6.9? I have software created with LabWindows/CVI version 5.0 using NI-DAQ version 6.9 function calls and E-series DAQ cards. If I replace my E-series cards with M-series cards, will my software behave the same?

The M Series devices are not supported in Traditional NI-DAQ. In order to use M Series, you must use NI-DAQmx.
