I get an 10403 error on daqpad-1200 for analog inputs

NI DAQ 6.9.3
also loaded LV6Eng.exe
I know there are analog inputs.
All other ports work.
Why don't these work?
Anything I should be looking for?

Which VI is generating the -10403 error? Are you running one of the analog input examples? If not, I would suggest that you try using one of these examples to see if the same error occurs.

Hello Spencer,

I have not tried using any VI's on the daqpad yet. I was using MAX to setup the device first. I received the error when I launched the soft panel. The device did not pass the self-test when I opened the soft panel.
I am however, told that the analog inputs on this device did work the last time it was used. This is the first time I have tried to use the device myself.

Are you receiving the following error:

"The device is not responding to the first IRQ level"

If so, you should examine the Verify the Interrupt Request (IRQ) Setting section in the following troubleshooting resource:

Thank-you for your help. I did not get this error, but did find that my parallel port was set incorrectly.
