I am using NI4351 with a TBX-68T signal conditioning module. I downloaded: 'Maximizing_Acquisition_Rates_with_the_NI_435x_Data_Logger_Board.zip'.

Hi,

I suppose that you've not installed the NI-435x driver. That's probably the reason why you're missing the initialize VI.
You can download the driver here:
