How to Fix PCIe connector

We received our newly purchased PCIe-6363 card but the screw of connector is broken. Please see the picture on how the card look like when we openned the box. It  seems to me that the screw was not properly manufactured. Anyone know how to fix it? Or should we request a proper scew from NI?

In regards with your PCIe-6363 card, did you purchase it directly from National Instruments?
