Fourth voltage is not scaling correctly

Hey Guys,

The fourth voltage is not scaling properly. Can any of you tell me why? I have two scaling choices, notice that the fourth one is different from the first three

When I put 5VDC on Analog Channel 22 I get about 638 psi out, I think it should be about 15000 psi with that scaling factor . . .

When I use the other scaling choice I get what I expect, about 10000 psi. This should be easy, right?

I hope you had a nice weekend. When I opened your VI I didn't have access to the scales you are using. Can you please provide more details of the scaling? Have a great day!

Slope = 1600 and the y intercept is 2000 for the first three readings
Slope = 3000 and the y intercept is 0 for the fouth reading
