Firmware for NI 9237

Solved!
Go to solution

I'm using NI-9237

I received an error msg

"201340 occurred at DAQmx Perform Bridge Offset Nulling Calibration.vi. Possible reason(s): Firmware on the device is out of date." Firmware needed to be updated.

I went to NI MAX, Update Firmware, it says the current firmware is 1.2.0f0

I googled, could not find firmware for 9237. I used the following searches: "9237 firmware", "NI9237fw", "NI9237fw.cfg", etc.

Please help

What chassis or carrier do you have the 9237 in? The NI 9237 module itself doesn't have firmware.

Is it in an ENET-9163 or WLS-9163 carrier? On those devices we present the carrier+module as a combined unit in MAX, which might relate to the confusion. In that case, WLS-9163/ENET-9163 Firmware 2.0.1 is the most recent version, and is compatible with NI-DAQmx 9.3 and later.
