I have a PCI 6133, it passes the self-test but when testing panels in MAX I always get the error 200284. When I try to self-calibrate I get error 200474, which is caused maybe for the same reason.
Looking at our history of errors like this, it looks like error (-200474) when self-calibrating the 6133 is related to a hardware issue on the analog section of the 60133. I would suggest you contact us and send in the device for repair. You can contact us to start a repair from http://www.ni.com/services/repair/ or by contacting our support.
I do not off the top of my head, I do know that if it is less than a year since purchase and the device was not operated outside of spec, the repair is covered by us. (http://www.ni.com/services/repair/) Typically quotes for repair are sent out directly from the RMA coordinators, so I have not seen them.
