Dell Dimension 5150 and pci-6024e

Dell Dimension 5150 (BIOS A007), Windows XP SP3, LV 8.5. Couldn't start PCI-6024e using NI-DAQmx 9.3 and NI-DAQ 7.4 downloaded from NI. Every time Windows Device Manager gives 'Code 10' or 'Code 28'. Tried both available PCI slots and 'ni-cdu1121.exe' without any success. The board working just fine when is installed on another computer. What else can I do to start the board?

You could try updating your DAQmx driver to the latest version (9.5.1).

Is it a 64 bit computer?
