I tried to configure the Advanced Scan Example.vi in the hp34970a instrument library for a continuous temperature measurement. For a single channel there was no problem. The channel is correctly configured and I can have my measurement. But when I try to read 2 channels or more, the hp34970a is continuously configuring the channels (and that ugly relay noise), I can see the reading on the front panel but without continuous scan in daq unit. I am using labview 6.1 and a at-gpib card. I am a real rookie on that, and would be happy to get some help..
