Configuring a DAQCard-6062E with NIDAQ 7.1.0f1 and an SC-2075

I have a DAQCard-6062E with NIDAQ 7.1.0f1 and the SC-2075 accessory does not appear in as an option in the properties panel for the DAQCard-6062E in MAX. How do I solve this? Thanks in advance.

I believe the answer is -- you don't need to do anything.

The accessories that are in the list in NI-DAQ for particular cards are usually accessories which have some type of external input that NI-DAQ can use, i.e. a cold junction compensation reference for a thermocouple.

The SC-2075 is just a breadboard and terminal block so you can get at the DAQ card pins easily, so there's really no reason NI-DAQ needs to know it's there. There's no functionality that it adds to NI-DAQ, so it doesn't need to be designated. It's just a means for you to access the card's pinouts.

Greetings,

I totally agree. Additionally, to use the accessory, the data acquisition (DAQ) board must be configured for differential mode and "none" should be selected as the accessory type.

Hope this helps,
